Montage--Candice

Despite being absent for 1.5 of the 3 days that we watched the montage, I still enjoyed it. I did not feel like it put me to sleep. Many films put me to sleep quite easily. I missed the beginning and was therefore lost in the discussion. I really liked how the music coorelated with the different scenes. The scenes to me were not random, they seemed to have a sort of continuity. I really liked the part where they showed a face, screaming or crying or showing some sort of emotion and then they dissolved it into a similar one. I think that is one of the coolest features in cinematography, when they make the transition so smooth. This is all, I enjoyed it and give it a 7 on a scale from 1-10. :)
