Candice's review of Halloween

I rented this movie because I thought it would be good to see an old horror movie since they are most likely better than newer ones

the music was simple yet it captured my attention more than the plot did

directed by john carpenter, who has mostly done thrillers

starred jamie lee curtis, probably her big break, one of her first few movies

suspense was awesome and really built throughout the movie, kept me on the edge of my seat (and my eyes closed most of the time)

film was cool especially because it was so dark most of the time; the far away shots of michael meyers (the killer) were cool because it kept him a mystery throughout the movie until he comes in contact with his victims


that is all, i hope that was good. go watch the movie.
